ILI Technologies (2002) Corp (ILI) is a rapidly emerging small-cap company that services a number of different industries including the oil and gas sector, utilities, communications, transportation, and many others. CBM Pumps & Services is a new division of ILI Technologies (2002) Corp. This new division sells and services submersible pumps for coal bed methane wells and oilfield applications. Currently based in Gillette and Sheridan Wyoming, plans are in place to expand into Alberta, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia. From these key locations, CBMPS will be ideally positioned to grow with the emerging coal bed methane industry.
